Returns are accepted only if:
WRONG product delivered
DAMAGED product delivered
DEFECTIVE product received
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for size issues or personal preferences unless the product is defective/wrong.
The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/images as proof.
Requests after 24 hours will not be eligible.
Returned product must be:
Unworn, unused, unwashed
Without perfume, stains, or alterations
Original packaging & tags retained
After the returned item is verified & approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
If the same item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped. If not, a refund will be provided.
